One plan. One claim. The wrong floor.

This is the documented record of a Honolulu homeowner's Terminix termite damage repair claim. The contractor Terminix chose installed red oak where white oak was, left no expansion gaps, never sanded off the mill marks, and cut the floor short to meet 121 feet of baseboard he never removed. He admits the short cut in his own texts. A licensed contractor says $24,802.61 puts it right. Terminix has offered $15,000. Every claim on this site is backed by a photograph, a document, or Hawaii law.
